In celebration of the new movie release How to Train Your Dragon, I decided to dive into a dragon-themed book and picked up Dragons Love Tacos. What a delightful read! This book is absolutely adorable, and the illustrations are bursting with charm and creativity—they’re refreshingly unique and full of personality.
One important takeaway: if you’re ever planning a party for dragons, make sure you serve tacos. Dragons love tacos—big ones, tiny ones, beef, chicken—you name it. But beware! Spicy tacos are a no-go. Trust me, giving a dragon a spicy taco could lead to some serious trouble.
Dragons also happen to be huge fans of parties. So, when you mix dragons, parties, and tacos, you get one epic, fire-free (hopefully!) taco party.
I really enjoyed the playful storyline. Sometimes, it’s perfectly okay for a book to just be silly and fun. This one definitely delivers on both fronts. Kids will love laughing at the quirky plot and enjoying the whimsical illustrations. After all, dragons make everything more fun!
